As the Managing Director of GovernanceWorx, Philip is highly experienced in providing businesses with customised risk management and corporate governance advice that improves their strategic direction and commercial outcomes.
Philip began his career as solicitor and partner in legal firms where he focused on financial services law, before being appointed as State Manager – Commercial at Perpetual. He then spent 10 years at Suncorp where he created and implemented the Suncorp Wealth Management Risk and Compliance framework and was the key liaison with ASIC, APRA and AUSTRAC. He also has more than three decades of board-level experience across many industries and sectors.
